General information<\/strong><\/p>\n

The competition is organized by Hauptstadtflo\u00df GmbH, located at Gustav-Holzmann-Stra\u00dfe 10, 10317 Berlin. Details will be announced in a post on their official Instagram feed. The competition’s end date is specified in the post’s description. Any changes will be communicated on the same social media platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conditions of participation<\/strong><\/p>\n

All natural persons aged 18 and over residing in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. Participation is possible once all entry requirements are met. Employees of Hauptstadtflo\u00df GmbH are not eligible.  <\/p>\n

Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n

The products mentioned in the post can be won in the form of a voucher. Winners will be selected at random and notified via direct message no later than two weeks after the competition ends, as specified in the post. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Hauptstadtflo\u00df GmbH reserves the right to select a new winner. Prizes will be sent by post or e-mail, and vouchers can be redeemed at Hauptstadtflo\u00df GmbH. Cash payments and exchanges for prizes are not possible.<\/p>\n

Exclusion of participation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anyone attempting to manipulate the results will be disqualified. Inappropriate messages and comments violating Instagram’s guidelines will be removed without notice, and their creators will be excluded from the competition. If a winner’s entry is deleted for these reasons, the entry is excluded, and Hauptstadtflo\u00df GmbH may select a new winner at random. <\/p>\n

Hauptstadtflo\u00df GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition at any time without providing reasons or announcing winners. If this occurs, no prizes will be awarded.<\/p>\n
